SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Vietnam’s Dai Viet has shut its 50,000 tonne/year ethanol plant at Dak Nong province in the country’s northern region for maintenance, a company source said on Tuesday.

The producer shut the cassava chip-based facility on 6 April for a two-week turnaround, the source added.

The company recently sold out its inventory and decided to take the opportunity to shut the plant for maintenance.
