LONDON (ICIS)--Italian base oils producer Eni has lifted force majeure on its Group I production in Livorno, a company source said on Tuesday.
The force majeure was lifted towards the end of last week and the 630,000 tonne/year facility is now understood to be operating at normal rates.
Eni is focusing on performing existing contracts and does not expect to be in the spot market until the end of May-early June.
The force majeure was declared on 12 March following an electrical fire.
