HOUSTON (ICIS)--US refiner Valero has completed the turnaround of a crude unit at its 180,000 bbl/day Memphis refinery in Tennessee, a company spokesman said on Thursday.
“The turnaround at Memphis is complete, and the crude unit is in the restart process,” said Valero spokesman Bill Day.
According to Day, the turnaround at Memphis was on one of the plant’s two crude units. During the turnaround process, the refinery’s other crude unit and production units remained in operation.
The turnaround began in early March.
