China-based Huizhou MMA to shut unit on 10 May for maintenance

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China-based Huizhou MMA is planning to shut its 90,000 tonne/year methyl methacrylate (MMA) unit in Guangdong for 21 days of maintenance from 10 May, a company source said on Monday.

The company scheduled to restart the plant on 31 May, according to the source.

Huizhou MMA is a subsidiary of Japan’s Mitsubishi Rayon Co (MRC).
