SINGAPORE (ICIS)--PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical will put off restarting its 6m tonne/year crude distillation unit (CDU) in Liaoning to around 10 May, citing a slower-than-scheduled progress on maintenance, a company source said on Wednesday.
The CDU, along with a 3.5m tonne/year residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) in Liaoning, was shut for turnaround on 25 March.
The restart of the RFCC was also postponed to 10 May from an earlier schedule of 1 May, according to the source.
The company operates a 410,000 bbl/day refinery at ?xml:namespace>
