HOUSTON (ICIS)--Second-quarter US industrial ethanol contracts were confirmed at a rollover during the week, market participants said on Wednesday.
The full settlements come after initial settlements emerged in late March.
First-quarter contracts for 200 proof ethanol were settled at $3.74–3.84/gal, and 190 proof ethanol contracts at $3.54–3.64/gal.
Major industrial ethanol producers did not announce any price increases for the second quarter, which some sources attributed to weaker corn prices in the first quarter.
Major industrial ethanol producers include Archer Daniels Midland, MGP Ingredients, Grain Processing and Golden Triangle.
