SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japan's Idemitsu Kosan on Friday cut its May paraxylene (PX) Asian Contract Price (ACP) nomination by $80/tonne (€61/tonne), according to market sources.
Idemitsu Kosan’s proposed contract price for the month stands at $1,570/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Asia down from an initial nominated price of $1,650/tonne CFR Asia on 20 April at 14:30 hours Singapore time (06:30 GMT).
ExxonMobil, JX Nippon Oil & Energy and S-Oil earlier dropped their nominated price by $30-45/tonne.
