HOUSTON (ICIS)--Shell has resumed production at its OP3 Deer Park cracker in Texas after a minor outage earlier this week, market sources said on Thursday.

The shutdown lasted less than a day, according to a market participant.

A company spokesperson declined to comment on the outage, citing competitive reasons.

Shell has 835,000 tonnes/year of ethylene capacity in Deer Park.
