LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Monday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: June WTI: $97.73/bbl, down 76 cents/bbl. June BRENT: $112.72/bbl, down 46 cents.
Crude futures continued to trade below the previous close on Monday morning in Europe. Crude values remained pressured by eurozone concerns following the elections in France and Greece of anti-austerity politicians. Disappointing US jobs data also weighed on the market.

NAPHTHA: No data available due to a public holiday in the UK.

BENZENE: $1,240-1,250/tonne, down $10/tonne
May was lower this morning amid bearish sentiment for crude and the wider European economy.

STYRENE: $1,520-1,535/tonne, down $5-10/tonne
May opened lower this week as downward pressure from crude and benzene made itself apparent this morning.
