China’s Fujian Fangxing Chemical shuts GPPS line for turnaround

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Fujian Fangxing Chemical has shut one of its two 60,000 tonne/year general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) line in Fujian province on 6 May for maintenance, a company source said on Monday.

The company has not confirmed the restart date, the source said, without providing further details on the turnaround.

The company’s other GPPS line is operating at full capacity, the source added.
