US PBF Energy begins turnaround at east coast refinery

HOUSTON (ICIS)--PBF Energy began a turnaround at its 182,200 bbl/day Delaware City refinery in Delaware, the company reported to state regulators on Monday.
The start of the turnaround caused flaring of sulphur dioxide, the report stated.
PBF Energy spokesman Mike Karlovich said the company does not release information on refinery operations.
