China’s Jinxi Petrochemical restarts PP plant after maintenance

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--
The PP plant was shut in November 2011 due to some technical problem, the source said.
The plant has started to produce yarn grade PP but its operation rate is unstable for now, he added.
