The production facilities were shut down after the blaze on 23 April damaged an electricity supply unit.
Togliattikauchuk’s butadiene and methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) units were restarted on May 1, while its co-polymer styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) unit resumed production on May 2, the company said.
It added that its isoprene and isoprene rubber units restarted on May 8-9.
The company’s isobutylene, isobutene and butyl rubber facilities were shut down for regular maintenance before the fire, and these units are due to restart from May 15, it said.
