SINGAPORE (ICIS)--PETRONAS will restart its 1.7m tonne/year Methanol Labuan (PML) 2 unit in June following a shutdown in mid-April for regular maintenance, a source at the Malysian state-owned company said on Thursday.
In addition, PML 1, with a capacity of 660,000 tonne/year, has remained operational at around 70-90% during this period, the source from PETRONAS Chemicals Group (PCG) added.
