SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China Natural Gas is expected to restart its 1m cubic metre/day liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant at Guang’an in Sichuan province on 22 May, a company source said on Monday.

The company shut the plant in the middle of May for maintenance and to add a gas desulphurisation unit to process feedstock gas, the source said.

The company has been supplying inventories to contract buyers while halting spot supplies during the maintenance period, the source added.

China Natural Gas deals largely with the development and utilisation of natural gas.
