HOUSTON (ICIS)--A subsidiary of US-based LSB industries has purchased $6.5m (€5.2m) in chemical plant components to upgrade an ammonia plant in Pryor, Oklahoma, and for use at other locations, the company said on Tuesday.
LSB plans to move and refurbish the equipment in the next six to eight months. The company did not say where the equipment was purchased.
LSB is a manufacturer and marketer of climate-control products and chemicals for the agriculture, mining and industrial markets.
