SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Neste Oil has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Dynamic Fuels, Syntroleum Corp and Tyson Foods in a district court in the US, the Finland-based company said on Wednesday.

“Neste Oil believes that one of its patents is being infringed by Dynamic Fuels, Syntroleum and Tyson Foods in the production of renewable diesel at Dynamic Fuels' plant in Geismar, Louisiana,” the company said in a statement.

Neste Oil has production sites in Singapore, the Netherlands as well as Finland and has about 2m tonnes/year of renewable diesel capacity.
