SINGAPORE (ICIS)--SK Lubricants restarted its 350,000 tonne/year Group III base oil refinery in Indonesia on 4 June after about two weeks of maintenance, a company source said on Wednesday.

The plant was taken off line on 21 May for maintenance.

Traders said the supply of Asian Group III base oils remains relatively tight although an influx of cargoes from the Middle East have led to high inventories in China.

The plant, sited in Dumai, is a joint venture between the Korean company and Indonesia’s state-owned Pertamina.
