US butanol exports fell to 20,266 tonnes in April from 21,678 tonnes in March.
Exports fell in March mainly because of decreased product sent to China.

Belgium at 11,472 tonnes was the major destination for butanol exports, followed by Singapore at 2,939 tonnes, Mexico at 2,312 tonnes and China at 1,000 tonnes.
Other destinations included Chile, Venezuela and United Arab Emirates.
