SINGAPORE (ICIS)-- China’s Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical is running its new 80,000 tonne/year No 2 adipic acid (ADA) line at Dezhou at around full capacity after starting it up in early June, a company source said on Wednesday.
“The second line is running at nearly full rate now after on-spec production was achieved last week,” the source said.
The company operates a 160,000 tonne/year ?xml:namespace>
The No 1 line was started up in early March this year and is operating at full capacity, according to the source.
“The daily output from the two lines is around 440 tonnes,” the source added.
