Japan’s Nippon Steel to restart No 1 SM plant on 17 June

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--
The plant was shut on 17 March because of an outage at Showa Denko’s (SDK) naphtha cracker.
The company also has a 230,000 tonne/year No 2 SM plant at Oita which is running at full rate now, according to sources close to the company.
