SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Changzhou Dohow Chemical restarted its 200,000 tonne/year styrene monomer (SM) unit at Changzhou in east China on 15 June, a company source said on Friday.

The plant was shut down on 10 February after a fire incident and could not be restarted for so long due to some technical difficulties, said the source.

The company will resume its contract supply and spot sales, which had been disrupted by the turnaround during Feb to May, according to the source.
