China’s Changyi Petrochemical plans FCC turnarounds in early July

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--?xml:namespace>China’s Changyi Petrochemical is planning to shut both of its fluid catalytic crackers (FCC) at Weifang in Shandong province for a month-long turnaround in early July, a company source said on Monday.
The FCC units that will be shut are able to produce about 82,800 tonnes/year of propylene in total.
The company is a subsidiary of China National Chemical Corp (ChemChina).By: Lilian Hua
