SINGAPORE (ICIS)--DSM said on Monday it has completed the acquisition of US-based Kensey Nash, making it an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of the Dutch specialty chemicals firm.
The acquisition valued at $360m (€288m) entailed the merger of DSM subsidiary, Biomedical Acquisition Corp, with and into Kensey Nash, DSM said.
Since September 2010, DSM said it has announced €1.7bn worth of acquisitions, including the pending acquisition of Ocean Nutrition ?xml:namespace>
