HOUSTON (ICIS)--DCP Midstream Partners has completed its $63m (€50.4m) acquisition of the Crossroads processing plant and associated gathering system from Penn Virginia Resource Partners, the US-based midstream energy firm said on Thursday.
The Crossroads system includes eight miles of natural gas gathering pipe, an 80m cubic feet/day cryogenic processing plant, 20 miles of natural gas liquids pipeline and a 50% ownership in an approximately 11-mile residue gas pipeline, DCP said.
The Crossroads system is located in Harrison County, Texas.
