NAGOYA, Japan (ICIS)--Pupuk Indonesia Holding, a fertilizers conglomerate in the southeast Asian country, announced the results of an export tender it held in the afternoon on 6 July, sources said on Friday.
The 30,000 tonnes granular urea tender was awarded to US-based Gavilon, which submitted a bid of $435.50/tonne (€352.76/tonne) FOB (free on board) Indonesia, well above the “owner’s estimate”, or minimum price set by the supplier at $430/tonne FOB Indonesia.
Other bids were submitted by Trada at $435.00/tonne, Dreymoor at $430.00/tonne, Fertcomm at $429.00/tonne and Brio Agrochem at $428.10/tonne, all on an FOB
The next highest bidder was Dreymoor at $400/tonne FOB
($1 = €0.81)
