?xml:namespace>SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Vietnam’s Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical has ramped up the production rate at its 150,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant at Dung Quat to 100% capacity after restarting the plant on 7 July, a company source said.
The plant in Quang Ngai province has resumed production after a turnaround that took 1.5 months, the source said.
The producer sells its PP to four local distributors and some of these distributors have been seeking export opportunities in China and Indonesia because of weak domestic demand, he said.By: Chow Bee Lin+65 6780 4359
