LONDON (ICIS)--July epichlorohydrin ECH contract prices have decreased by €100-110/tonne ($123-135/tonne) because of falling feedstock propylene costs, sources said on Tuesday.

The ECH July contract settled at €1,530-1,550/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe).

The price of feedstock propylene dropped by €170/tonne in July. As a result, ECH producers were forced to give large reductions because most consumers wanted the full feedstock decrease passed on.
