China’s Changyi Petrochemical to shut FCC unit around mid-July

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Changyi Petrochemical plans to shut its fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) unit at Weifang in Shandong province around mid-July for maintenance, a company source said on Wednesday.

The FCC, which can produce 67,500 tonnes/year of propylene, is expected to be down for a month, the source said.
