SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp plans to restart its 385,000 tonne/year No 4 naphtha cracker in Linyuan on 13 July following an unplanned shutdown last week, a company source said on Thursday.

The cracker was taken off line on 2 July for maintenance as it had been experiencing technical problems since the second half of June, the source said.

It was earlier scheduled to be down for around two weeks.

The source did not provide further details.
