SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp is currently operating its 385,000 tonne/year No 4 naphtha cracker in Linyuan at 90% capacity after its restart on 13 July, a company source said on Monday.

“The cracker resumed operations on 13 July and it should be operating at around 90% capacity now,” the source said.

The cracker was taken off line on 2 July for an unplanned maintenance as it had been experiencing technical problems since the second half of June, the source said in an earlier report.

It was earlier scheduled to be down for around two weeks.
