SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korean producer Hanwha Chemical plans to restart its 80,000 tonne/year phthalic anhydride (PA) plant at Ulsan by 22 July, a company source said on Tuesday.

The plant was shut on 12 July because of a technical issue, the source said.

“[The company’s inventory] is extremely short, so we’re holding our offer for the moment,” the source added.
