LONDON (ICIS)--Jacobs has won a contract to provide heat exchangers for INEOS' sulphuric acid plant in Runcorn, near Liverpool in northeast ?xml:namespace>
Jacobs said the contract includes the design and fabrication for two gas heat exchangers to be installed at the plant.

The company's sulphur chemicals business is based in Runcorn where it has an 11,000 tonne/year sulphuric acid plant that supplies customers in the semi-conductor, pharmaceuticals and other industries, according to ICIS.
