HOUSTON (ICIS)--A fire that occurred at HollyFrontier’s Tulsa refinery in Oklahoma is under control, the company said in a statement to local media on Thursday.
The fire occurred early Thursday morning on the diesel hydrotreater unit at the 125,000 bbl/day refinery’s east location, according to a report from KRMG.com. The fire has been contained by the company’s emergency response team and there were no injuries reported.
A full investigation to determine the cause of the fire is underway.
A midwest gasoline and distillates trader said the fire has not had any impact on trading as of Thursday morning and its impact should be minimal throughout the day.
HollyFrontier was not immediately available for comment.
