SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Indonesia’s Chandra Asri has raised the operating rates at its 600,000 tonne/year naphtha cracker at Cilegon in West Java to 85-90% capacity in August, a company source said on Monday.

The cracker operated at 80-85% capacity in July, he added.

The company has no plans to carry out a turnaround of the plant this year, the source said.

Chandra Asri is the sole cracker operator in Indonesia.
