HOUSTON (ICIS)--Jacobs has won a five-year framework deal from Shell to provide engineering and project management services to Shell’s downstream operations in Europe, the US-based petrochemicals engineering firm said on Tuesday.
Jacobs said that under the contract it will provide feasibility studies and small plant modifications to discrete projects for Shell's major refining and chemical sites in ?xml:namespace>
The contract – known as an "enterprise frame agreement" - has options for a five-year renewal, as well as for its extension to Shell upstream assets and to Shell assets in the Middle East and
