Japan’s Maruzen Petrochemical runs Chiba cracker at 85-90%

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japanese chemical producer Maruzen Petrochemical is operating its 520,000 tonne/year naphtha cracker at Chiba at 85-90% capacity in August, unchanged from levels in July, a company official said on Wednesday.

Maruzen had a routine turnaround at the cracker from 9 May to 21 June this year.
