HOUSTON (ICIS)--Chevron's 330,000 bbl/day refinery at Pascagoula, Mississippi, was running at reduced rates in the wake of Tropical Storm Isaac, the US Department of Energy (DOE) said on Wednesday.
Chevron did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Altogether, the DOE reported that 11 refineries were either running at reduced rates or were shut down as a result of Isaac, which made landfall on Tuesday as a hurricane. Isaac has since weakened to a tropical storm.
