India’s HPCL cuts Group I base oil domestic prices from 1 Sept

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s HPCL will cut domestic prices across all Group I base oil grades by rupee (Rs) 0.10-4.90/litre with effect from 1 September, market sources said on Friday.  

List prices of SN150 will be reduced by Rs1.60/litre to Rs66.45/litre ($1.20/litre), while those of SN500 will be cut by Rs0.10/litre to Rs68.40/litre. Brighstock prices will also be lowered by Rs4.90/litre to Rs80.95/litre, they said.

HPCL last cut domestic prices of Group I base oils on 1 August.
