HOUSTON (ICIS)--Power has been restored at Phillips 66’s Alliance refinery in Louisiana, but the start up process could take weeks, the company said on Tuesday.

Phillips 66 said power was restored early this morning at the 247,000 bbl/day refinery in Belle Chasse.

The company said refinery personnel are in the process of bringing the refinery back on line, but it is expected to take a couple of weeks before it is running at normal rates.
