HOUSTON (ICIS)--Phillips 66 will build its new headquarters on a 14-acre (6ha) site in western Houston, the US-based refiner said on Wednesday.
The site is off of Beltway 8 West, between Westheimer Road and Briar Forest Drive, the company said.
Construction should take 24-36 months after ground is broken, Phillips 66 said.
Phillips 66 did not disclose construction costs or how much it spent on the land.
Phillips 66 was spun off from ConocoPhillips earlier this year. Its temporary headquarters is at the Pinnacle Westchase building.
