LONDON (ICIS)--Sandra Petersen, the CEO of Bayer CropScience, will leave the company on 30 November this year, the Germany-based agrochemicals firm said on Thursday.
Petersen is joining Johnson & Johnson as group worldwide chairman and member of its executive committee, the health care company said in a separate statement.
Bayer CropScience is a sub-group of chemicals major Bayer.
Bayer CEO Marijn Dekkers said: "With her experience and commitment, Sandi has made significant contributions to the strong business performance of Bayer CropScience in the past two years."
The company did not give any details about a replacement for Petersen.
