LONDON (ICIS)--Wacker is planning to expand its presence in the growth regions of Asia through a deal with market expansion company DKSH to distribute its products in the region, the Germany-based chemical company said on Friday.
Under the terms of the agreement, DKSH will market and distribute several of Wacker’s biochemical products in southeast Asia, greater China, and parts of the Indian subcontinent, through its DKSH Performance Materials subsidiary.
DKSH is to market Wacker’s fermenter cysteine and bioengineered cyclodextrins compounds, which have application for products in the personal care, food, and personal care industries.
