HOUSTON (ICIS)--US based Phillips 66’s Alliance refinery in Louisiana should be back on line by week’s end, the company said on Monday.
Progress is continuing toward restarting the 247,000 bbl/day refinery in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, and several units have been brought back on line, according to Phillips 66.
The company said it expects all units to be back on line by the end of this week.
The refinery was flooded after Hurricane Isaac passed through the region. A power failure on 5 September delayed the restart of the refinery.
