HOUSTON (ICIS)--US-based Phillips 66’s Alliance refinery in Louisiana has restarted after being shut down following Hurricane Isaac, the company said on Friday.
The 247,000 bbl/day refinery is back on line and producing refined products as of Friday, the company said.
The refinery was flooded after Hurricane Isaac passed through the region in late August. A power failure on 5 September delayed the restart of the refinery.
