SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Dushanzi Petrochemical, a subsidiary of PetroChina, has postponed the resumption of sale of solvents oils to October from an original plan of middle of September to build its inventory, a company source said on Wednesday.

The company had suspended the supply of solvent oils to the market in August as a result of insufficient output.

Market sources said that supply resumption of Dushanzi Petrochemical will pose limited impacts on prices as its volume is too small to have any influence on the markets.

The company mainly produces No 120 solvent oils and supplies around 1,000-1,500 tonnes of the material to the market each month, the source said.
