BUDAPEST (ICIS)--South Korea-based Songwon Industrial Group will complete the 60% expansion of its DOTO (di-n-octyltin oxide) production capacity at its Ulsan manufacturing facility by end of June 2013, a company executive said on Monday.

DOTO is an organotin intermediate, which can be used as a raw material in the production of heat stabilisers and glass coatings, Songwon chief operating officer Maurizio Butti told ICIS on the sidelines of the 46th European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) meeting in Budapest.

The annual EPCA meeting runs from 6-10 October.
