SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Yingde Solar Energy, a solar panel manufacturer, is operating its plant in Quanzhou, Fujian, at a reduced operating rate of 30% capacity, because of the current bearish solar market, a company said on Wednesday.

The company has a capacity of 50MW, he added.

Many solar makers in China are facing obstacles in selling their products to Europe, after the European Commission started an antidumping investigation in early September on China-origin imports of solar panels and their key components, solar cells and wafers, market participants said.
