India’s BPCL closes a tender to sell H2 November naphtha supply

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd (BPCL) is assessing bids for its tender to sell two 35,000 tonne naphtha cargoes for loading from Mumbai in the second half of November, traders said on Tuesday.

The loading dates from Mumbai are on 15-17 November and 25-27 November, they added.

The tender was closed earlier on 16 October, with bids to stay valid until 17 October, traders said.

In its last tender, BPCL sold 30,000 tonnes of naphtha to Chinese trader Unipec at a premium of $26/tonne (€20/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board) for loading from Mumbai on 29-31 October.
