SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan VCM (TVCM) is running its 410,000 tonne/year vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) plant in Kaohsiung at 90-95% of capacity following its restart on 13 October, a company source said on Thursday.
The unit was shut on 2 October for maintenance turnaround, the source added.
Consequently, TVCM will have some cargo availability for November-loading exports, according to the source.
The company previously could not provide export material for October loading as a result of the maintenance.
